Monique graduated with a B. Social Science (Economics and Psychology) and holds a Diploma in Bookkeeping/Practical Accounting (Damelin). She has over 17 consecutive years’ financial recruitment experience. In 1997, Monique started what is today known as SRG Financial Placements in KZN – business built on high standards of service delivery, integrity and work ethic. This high standard was rewarded with a PMR Africa award in 2012 recognizing SRG Financial Placements as one of the top 11 Outsourced Staffing Solution Companies for Finance in SA.

Before joining SRG Financial Placements Michelle recruited in London for various sectors of industry. With over 11 years’ recruitment experience Michelle has nurtured and grown the “junior to mid-level” side of SRG Financial Placements. She has developed strong relations with her clients and assists them in recruiting permanent and temporary staff. Michelle enjoys people and finds the recruitment industry rewarding and satisfying knowing that you are assisting people with their future career paths and choices. Michelle has completed her Nat. Dip. Consumer Science as well as a Diploma in Bookkeeping.
As a resourcer Andrea supports the principal consultants with finding suitable candidates for positions as well as building a network of diverse candidates for the business and engaging with clients when they require candidates with very specific skills sets and actively searching for specific profiles.
Business Development & Marketing
Michelle has over 12 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. She started off specializing in sales and marketing recruitment and now focuses on the Marketing and New Business Development for SRG Financial Placements. Michelle plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining client relationships through continuous client briefings, visits and calls. Michelle is an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about client service and strives to give her best at all times. Michelle is very much a social person – she enjoys the beach, any outdoor activities and cooking and experimenting in the kitchen at home. Michelle has completed a Bookkeeping Diploma which aids her in understanding the needs of SRG’s clientele.
Administrator & Payroll
Nivash has over 15 years’ experience in the financial and recruitment industries. She is our Front Office Executive / Payroll and Invoicing Administrator. An independent, self-motivated, career driven woman, Nivash would like to further her career in the field of microbiology. She believes that without dreams in life, one has no ambition. Nivash takes particular interest in the economy and market-related matters and also enjoys spending time with family.
Administrator & PA
Angie has been at SRG for over 7 years and has over 9 years administration experience in total. Angie is responsible for all typing, data capturing and candidate checks. She is a responsible, dedicated and loyal member of SRG and prides herself in her accuracy and attention to detail. Angie is also excited at the opportunity to grow into a PA role to the Owner in the near future. She loves the outdoors and as a new mom loves to spend time with her family.
Administrator & Resourcer
Erika joined SRG at the beginning of 2018, a BCom Business Management graduate from the University of Pretoria, Erika recently relocated to Umhlanga from Gauteng. Erika is responsible for all typing, data capturing and candidate checks as well as assisting with resourcing for the general desk. Erika is a keen foodie and loves exploring the Durban food scene for interesting ideas. Erika is currently studying towards her Honours Degree.
