BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER (New and Existing Developments)

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Building Services Manager. This multi-functional role is responsible for construction oversight of  new developments,  managing existing developments, systems, installations and maintenance. Implementation of overall operations  and functional deliverables for the allocated buildings and properties in accordance with the statutory regulations, building standards (SANS10400), and Local Authority Bylaws.

Must have a relevant tertiary qualification in the building trade, trade tested,  knowledge of body corporate regulations, lease agreements and tenant requirements, 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment with solid experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Contractor and Contract Management understanding and implementation.
