CONVEYANCER – (Admitted Attorney & Admitted Conveyancer)

Our client seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer to join their firm. Responsibilities include Bond Registrations, Property Transfers and Deceased Estate Transfers. This role is ideally suited to a professional who can manage a full conveyancing portfolio.

Requirements include, admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (in good standing), admission as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa (in good standing), at least 2 years’ post-admission experience in  a conveyancing practice with solid experience in the registration of residential and commercial bonds (Banking panel experience advantageous), transfer of conventional and sectional title properties, deceased estate transfers, in-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures and applicable legislation, proficiency in Conveyancing Systems and the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines.
