We are looking for a dynamic Senior Commercial & Operations Manager with a strong background in freight, cargo and commodity in imports / exports and logistics to lead our Africa operations.

The ideal candidate should have a BCom in Business Administration or equivalent with +5 years of senior management experience. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, strategy formulation and execution, people management, supply chain optimization and financial performance.

Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels—including managing sensitive industrial relations negotiations are essential. The ideal candidate should have resilience, sound judgement, risk management capability and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams across complex markets.
