She has over 20 consecutive years’ financial recruitment experience. In 1997, Monique started what is today known as SRG Recruitment in Durban. Nivash has been at SRG for 13 years and has over 25 years’ combined experience in the financial and recruitment industries . She is our Accounts Administrator. An independent, self-motivated, career driven woman. She believes that without dreams in life, one has no ambition. Nivash takes particular interest in the economy and market-related matters and also enjoys spending time with family.

Keoyne holds a Bachelors of Commerce Law Degree and a Postgraduate diploma in Management. She has been involved in the recruitment industry going on 2 years. This has enabled her to confidently correspond with clients and candidates as well as develop and maintain good working relationships. With a deep interest in assisting others find their dream job. She currently is also a dance and drama teacher, after hours and on weekends. Keoyne enjoys going on adventures , long drives and a good book to read.
