Monique graduated with a B. Social Science (Economics and Psychology) and holds a Diploma in Bookkeeping/Practical Accounting (Damelin). She has over 20 consecutive years’ financial recruitment experience. In 1997, Monique started what is today known as SRG Recruitment in Durban. KwaZulu Natal; the business built on high standards of service delivery, integrity and work ethic. This high standard was rewarded with a PMR Africa award in 2012 recognizing SRG Recruitment as one of the top 11 Outsourced Staffing Solution Companies for Finance in SA.

Angie has been at SRG for almost 15 years and has 17 years administration experience in total. Angie was promoted from Administrator to Talent Resourcer in January 2022 and as of July 2022 has been promoted to Recruitment Consultant for the finance sector. She is a responsible, dedicated, and loyal member of SRG and prides herself in her accuracy and attention to detail. Angie is excited to learn and grow as a Recruitment Consultant and looks forward to developing relationships with candidates and clients alike. She loves the outdoors and a good book to read.

Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Administration (Industrial Psychology) obtained at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal . She is a highly motivated individual with strong work ethics and values. Coming from a position in the Human Resources environment has enabled her to confidently liaise with individuals from various backgrounds as well as develop and maintain good working relationships. Being a mom of 3 children, which includes a set of twins, has definitely pushed her to new levels of multitasking. She is a very social person by nature and enjoys the art of cake making and decorating in her spare time.
