Purpose of the role

To be responsible for the entire business unit functions and performance. Therefore all activities that result in net profit after tax versus the agreed prescribed budget.

Ensure all strategic objectives are met on annually.

Marketing department

• Manage and maximise marketing budget with internal marketing department
• Develop marketing strategy and implementation thereof via implementations plan
• Build brand in all areas including communications

Experience

• 10 years senior management experience
• FAIS and RE Examinations
• Pastel ,Excel ,PowerPoint, Word experience preferable
