Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will provide a Full Human Resource Service within the Durban Operations.

Qualification And Experience Required

  • Relevant NQF 6 (360 credits on 8 level framework) – Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Social Science.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, especially in Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, Employment Equity, Succession, Retention and Career Planning, Performance Management, Change Management and Manpower Planning
  • Must have a good understanding of Labour Legislation – LRA, EE Act, BCEA, SDA
  • Knowledge of implementation of Policies and Procedures
  • Must be computer literate – MS Office, SAP preferable
