LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONER – FMCG
(Area): Cato Ridge
(Salary): Negotiable

This role requires a dynamic candidate who interacts well with staff at all levels and who is happy to be extremely hands on in this role. Candidates must have previous experience in identifying necessary training and development, they must also have experience with learnerships, SETA and Employment Equity. Due to the nature of the business experience in the FMCG industry would be greatly beneficial.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
- ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent (NQF level 5)
- Qualified Skills Development Facilitator
- Trade or vocational qualification will be advantageous
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in training environment
- At least 5 years working experience in FMCG industry an advantage
- Min 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development within OBE and NQF context
- Valid Driver’s licence
POSITION’S WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Pressurised environment with tight deadlines
- Office and plant environment
- Occasional travel required
