Join a leading organisation seeking an experienced Debtors Manager with a Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce and 8–10 years’ Accounts Receivable / Credit Control experience, including 5 years’ in a senior management role.

Must have a proven track record in improving collections, reducing debtor ageing, managing bad debts, leading teams of 10+, and driving cash flow. Strong ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial reporting experience are essential. Previous retail industry experience will be highly advantageous.
