Our client seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager for their bottling plant. This role will take accountability for managing operational projects within the maintenance space, ensuring infrastructure maintenance initiatives are carried out successfully within agreed timeframes, cost and scope, as well as managing ad hoc maintenance requests, ensuring issues are addressed within agreed SLAs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing Operational Projects
  • Maintenance Management
  • General Operational and Financial Management
  • Adherence to the Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Standards 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (3-4 years) / NQF level 7 BDegree Mechanical Engineering
  • Trade Tested Millwright
  • FMCG plant maintenance experience with a minimum of 3-4 years leading maintenance teams (bottling preferred)
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • Leadership Capability
  • SAP, MS Office with advanced MS Excel
