The role is accountable for delivering world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP), ensuring manufacturing processes are robust, repeatable, and capable of consistently meeting customer requirements. Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, process optimisation, and advanced manufacturing engineering principles.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Production Management
  • Laser Cutting and Press Bending Management
  • Welding Management
  • Jig & Fixture Design Management
  • Manufacturing Engineering, Process Validation and Quality Management
  • Safety Leadership
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Cost and People Management
  • Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

Must have

  • Matric
  • National Diploma / Degree: Production / Operations Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience in a similar role within Production (preferably Automotive)
  • Computer literacy – MS Office and Syspro
